Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products at Top Tier Alpha's are authentic and sourced from premium and reputable cosmetic wholesalers.
Can I return products?
Products that are opened and used are not able to be returned. Due to all products being discounted, Top Tier Alphas is not able to refund products once opened. If there are special circumstances, please contact Top Tier Alphas with any questions. Any unopened products can be returned within a 2 week time frame with valid proof of purchase and receipt. Shipping cost for returns will be responsibility of the buyer.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Special shipping promotions will be valid at discretion of Top Tier Alphas.
How fast will my items be shipped?
Items will be shipped based on the paid rate and day of order. Shipping information will be available to the buyer as it is in transit.
